Clearflow Window Cleaning – Service Terms.
Frequency — Regular cleans are scheduled approximately every 6 or 12 weeks, depending on the service you have chosen. Dates are approximate and may occasionally change due to weather, sickness, holidays or other unavoidable delays.
Weather — We work throughout the year and do clean in light rain. Rain does not prevent us from providing our normal pure-water window cleaning service. In heavy rain, high winds, freezing conditions or other unsafe weather, your clean may be delayed.
What's included — Regular window cleaning includes your exterior windows, frames, sills and exterior doors.Velux/skylight windows on single-storey extensions are included where they can be safely reached using our water-fed pole.
Velux/skylight windows on the main house or other windows that cannot be safely reached are not included. Conservatory roofs, roof lanterns, gutters, fascias and soffits are not included in your standard window clean unless they have been specifically quoted and agreed separately.
Access — Please make sure gates are unlocked and we have reasonable access to the areas being cleaned. We'll normally send you a reminder before we're due.If we cannot access the rear or another part of your property, we'll clean the areas we can access. A charge of 50% of your normal clean price, subject to a minimum charge of £10, will apply. We won't normally return separately for areas that couldn't be accessed.
Notifications — We'll normally send a reminder before your clean so that gates can be left unlocked. We cannot guarantee an exact arrival time.First cleans & pricing — If we've quoted your property incorrectly, we'll honour the agreed price for your first clean. If the property is larger, has more windows or requires substantially more work than expected, we'll let you know afterwards and agree the correct price for future cleans. You can then decide whether you'd like to continue the regular service at the new price.
Payment — Payment is due within 3 days of your clean. Our preferred payment methods are automatic card payment through Stripe or Direct Debit through GoCardless. Other agreed payment methods may also be available. Your next clean will not be carried out while payment from a previous clean remains outstanding.
Skipping cleans — We understand that you may occasionally need to skip a clean. Repeated skips may mean we're unable to continue reserving a regular place for your property on the round.
Cancellation — You can cancel your regular service at any time. Please contact Clearflow on 07596 080838 before your next clean is carried out.
Problems with your clean — If you're unhappy with any part of the service, please contact us within 48 hours and give us the opportunity to inspect and put things right.
Safety & existing damage — We may leave any window or area that we cannot safely access. Clearflow cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing damage or defects such as cracked glass, damaged seals, loose frames or fittings.
Price reviews — Prices may occasionally be reviewed due to increased costs, changes to the property or access, or where the existing price no longer reflects the work required. We'll always let you know before a change to your regular price takes effect.
By booking a regular window cleaning service with Clearflow, you agree to these service terms.
